Show Order Forms

 

Use this form to request order forms for particular shows. Each Show Order Form is build around a costume plot and contains descriptive wardrobe information for each character and chorus by act and scene.

Each Show Order Form contains all the information needed to rent costumes from us including discount schedules and policies. Ensembles are individually priced based on the first week's rental. Most costumes rent from $35.50 to $54.50 each for the first week.

We can email or fax Show Order Forms to you.

Note to international organizations: Due to customs complications and prohibitive shipping costs, we do not ship rental items internationally and so do not accept show orders outside the USA. As a professional courtesy, however, we will email Show Order Forms to you.

It is surprising how many orders we receive with invalid email addresses, invalid phone and/or fax numbers, phone and/or fax numbers without area codes, addresses without zip codes, etc so please be sure all this information is complete and accurate otherwise your order cannot be processed.

If you are ordering for a drama club at a high school or college, please use the high school or college name and not the drama club name. If you use the drama club name it might not be clear that you are an educational institution. In that case you run the risk of being considered for-profit and being charged higher, for-profit rates. .

This information can be sent to the email address listed above as file attachments - one attachment for each Show Order Form and one for Measurement Forms.

Sample Photographs

Sample photographs from some of our show collections are available for viewing on this website (linked through the previous SHOW RENTALS page). If you wish and they exist, we can also email those photographs whose Show Order Forms you are requesting in a ZIP file. Please be aware that more and more IT departments are blocking messages with attached ZIP files since these can be used to hide malicious software. If you suspect your IT department is doing so, you might want to forgo asking for a ZIP file here and just view the sample photographs on our website.
